General Level

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind, mentally and physically with a gentle flow style of class. It is suitable for anyone who has done a little bit of yoga and would like to progress, or if you have done a lot of yoga and would like to take it easy.

It is important that you are comfortable working at your own level to avoid injury or discomfort. Props are available to support any injuries you may have.

Location: Trafalgar St Hall, next to the river, Nelson.
