Our Yoga Schedule

Upcoming Classes at Julie Stephens Yoga

Everybody is welcome to join my classes, please get in touch to book your spot or just turn up.

If you haven’t been for awhile, always check in with the schedule to make sure the same classes are still on.

Locations: Trafalgar St Hall (next to the river).

Monday 6.30am/Wednesday 5.30pm Vinyasa Flow/Thursday 5.30pm Gentle flow /Friday 6.30am (until April)

Uplift, Float Centre on Rutherford St, Nelson

(Entrance is around the back).

Mon 5.30pm General/Tues 5.30pm Deep stretch/general

Class prices:

  • $20 for casual attendance

  • $160 for a 10 class pass (valid for 3 months).

    All of Julie’s yoga classes are on a casual attendance basis so you can feel free to join in whenever suits. The class levels are appropriate for beginners through to advanced yoga students and teachers.

    The environment is very relaxed so you can feel comfortable and confident attending any classes on a casual basis. There is no pressure or competitiveness, as it is important that everyone works at their own level.
