Deep Stretch

Start the week off on the right foot! Come in and stretch out after the weekend and set yourself up on a mental level to embrace whatever challenges present themselves with calm and ease.

This class is suitable for beginners who have done a little bit of yoga over the years. It is a lot slower with longer holds, enabling time to soften and connect to a relaxed breath in a variety of different Asanas (postures).

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind, mentally and physically. Sometimes we just need to make the time to reconnect to what is really important, our health! If we don’t have this, then it can be a very slippery slope.

It is important that you are comfortable working at your own level to avoid injury or discomfort. Props are available to support any injuries you may have.

Location: Uplift Float Centre on Rutherford St, Nelson (entrance is around the back).
