What people are saying…
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Julie for organising such a brilliant Yoga Retreat in Kerala, South India.
It was an absolutely amazing experience. As always, Julie is such a great teacher, years of experience/knowledge combined with kindness and always a bit of fun. Julie has a gift for creating a space that’s both calming and uplifting.
The location Julie visited and checked out thoroughly before confirming this retreat, is located at a stunning coastal area in Kerala. It has peaceful gardens and a fantastic swimming pool.
The accommodation was 5 star, super comfortable chalets with ocean views and all done with an eco friendly philosophy.
The Ayurveda side of things was something I knew little about, but I felt the benefits both mentally and physically. The Drs and therapists were always professional, gentle and kind, working with you to provide the best treatment.
The food was delicious, and there was always someone making sure you had everything you needed whenever you wanted it. The staff are 11 out of 10.
There were so many positives, it’s impossible to cover everything, but again, many thanks to Julie for creating such a special experience. I feel really fortunate to have been a part of it.”

“When Julie said she was offering an ayurvedic yoga retreat in South India, I knew I needed to get there. This was my third international retreat with Julie.
For me it was the best combination of challenging yoga, total getaway, lovely people and healthy living. The ayurvedic treatments were incredible and with such care and intention.
I’m already thinking about the next one.”

“Julie is an amazing yoga teacher accommodating everyone and keeping the practice focused, calm and challenging for everyone. Great approach, explanation, adjustments.
She is a loving and giving and lives yoga. The practice of intentions, non judgement and gratitude and being humble. She is full of life and fun and grace.
I have just been on a yoga retreat in Bali with Julie. It was in a beautiful, very comfortable exotic resort on the coast. She created a fantastic program, daily yoga, great food, a beautiful and purifying cleanse in a water spring temple, a bike ride through rice
fields, small towns and temples, a massage, and time for yourself, so it was not too busy.
She respects culture and people. She is a gem.
I would highly recommend a yoga retreat arranged and led by Julie.”
