Lindsey Ellison: Founder of ChiroCare

Lindsey grew up in Perth, Australia and after completing a Bachelor of Science in Western Australia and then a Master of Chiropractic in Sydney (graduating in 1999), he worked in various clinics in Queensland and spent 6 years working and travelling throughout Asia.

We are lucky to have Lindsey’s expertise on the Yoga Anatomy and Physiology modules for this training.

Tiffany: Ashtanga Teacher

Tiffany has been practicing yoga for 21 years & teaching for 18. Originally from the UK, she discovered yoga in Nepal & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Australia. She completed a 9 month full time 500 hr teacher training in Byron Bay followed by an apprenticeship with senior yoga teacher Matthew Sweeney, who remains her teacher to this day.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga has been the one constant aspect of her life & she finds it fascinating to observe how the practice changes, its ebbs & flows with life’s ups & downs.

Tiffany lives in Nelson with her partner & two boys. She teaches regular classes in Nelson & workshops throughout NZ.

Kathy Valler: Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Kathy started practising Yoga in 1991 and by 1999 had completed her Hatha Yoga teacher training with IYTA NZ. 

In 2006 whilst studying Thai massage and reflexology in Thailand Kathy was introduced to Kundalini Yoga. In 2016, she traveled through America – participating and working at Sat Nam Festival in Joshua Tree. Exploring all sorts of amazing centers, meeting teachers, collecting ideas and being inspired to bring back some of the things she experienced to New Zealand and share.

Kathy will be sharing her passion of Kundalini Yoga with you during the training and will also be available for massage treatments.

Carol Neilson is a space holder, writer, facilitator and passionate teacher/guide of Yin Yoga and mind-body practices. 

Over the last decade, Carol has been immersed in her studies, understanding the energetics of space holding, communication, language, trauma and human connection. She has had the opportunity to learn under the guidance of leading-edge shamanic, feminine mystery school, neuroscience & yoga practitioners in New Zealand, Australia, United States & India.
