General Level

If you haven’t joined the full one month challenge, you can attend on a casual basis or use your 10-pass. No need to book, just turn up :).

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind, mentally and physically with a gentle flow style of class. It is suitable for anyone who has done a little bit of yoga and would like to progress, or if you have done a lot of yoga and would like to take it easy.

It is important that you are comfortable working at your own level to avoid injury or discomfort. Props are available to support any injuries you may have.

The Friday morning class will be ongoing throughout the Summer months, once the challenge has finished.

Location: Trafalgar St Hall, next to the river, Nelson.
