Why This Workshop?

As a teacher, I take pride in guiding students safely through my Vinyasa Flow classes, even in a busy group setting. But there’s only so much attention and detail I can offer in a regular class. This workshop is my way of ensuring you get the foundational skills and alignment guidance you need to practice safely and confidently.

Learning the basics correctly from the start is essential to prevent injury and to fully enjoy being on the yoga path. It would be a shame if anyone were put off by avoidable injuries. This session gives you the time, focus, and personal guidance to refine your alignment, deepen your connection to each asana, and build confidence for your regular practice.
