Welcome to our first tailor-made Yoga Wellness weekend immersion!
With over 26 years of teaching yoga, I’ve noticed a common thread — while the physical practice often draws people in, yoga holds many layers waiting to be explored: the subtle currents of breath, energy, presence and a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
In a 60–75 minute class, there’s only so much depth to experience. Which is why I’ve created these mini weekend immersions — an opportunity to step beyond the surface and experience the deeper layers of yoga. For example, On a yoga level, you could say that everything in existence is Prana (life-force energy) flowing at different frequencies, where your body is simply energy "frozen" into form and your thoughts are that same energy in its most fluid, vibrating state.
My path has always been guided by a curiosity for natural medicine (which I studied for two years), movement, energy, meditation, and the subtle flow of life itself.
At the heart of it all one of the most important aspects is HEALTH (physical and mental). This is the path I’ve chosen — and one I feel deeply called to share with you.
What to expect.
We will kick off the weekend on Friday night, the 1st of May from 6pm - 8pm, with a meet and greet followed by a practice; meditation, pranayama and Asana.
Saturday the 2nd:
7am - 9 am Practise.
9am - 10 am Break the fast.
10am - 12 pm - Introduction to Yoga Philosophy.
12pm - 1pm - Lunch.
1pm - 4pm - Foundation Workshop.
Sunday the 3rd:
7am - 9 am Practise.
9am - 10am - Break the fast.

2pm - 4pm - Backbending Workshop.
