The first part of this class is more dynamic, which can be as strong or as easy as you like, depending on the options you choose. Once the body is nice and warmed up, we begin to slow down with some longer, deeper stretching.

An overall nice balanced class.

Suitable for general level and beginners with a bit of experience.
