Gentle Flow at Yoga Jai Studio (zoom will be available)

This class is focused on a rounded practice incorporating standings, forward folds, hip openers, linked together with a gentle vinyasa flow.

It is suitable for beginners who have either done my 6 week beginners course or has a little bit of yoga experience. Also for those more experienced, who would like an easier class but also have the option of working a little harder.
