This 6 week beginners course has been carefully put together to ensure the student gets a clear and confident understanding of yoga at a basic level.
The cost for the full 6 weeks is $80 and $15 if attending on a casual basis.
My beginners’ classes could come under the Hatha umbrella, as the style is more slow and gentle. There is more instruction during these classes, with a focus on the breath and the fundamentals of building a safe, supportive practice.
This class style is suited for those of you who haven’t had much yoga experience and would like to learn the basic building blocks of yoga, which will stand you in good stead for the rest of your yogic journey.
It is a valuable class if you are working with specific injuries and need to know how to use props in order to support these injuries.
