Kids Yoga Classes

These classes are for children aged 8 - 12 years old.

Alternate weeks Pilates & then Yoga classes so your child develops great

posture, improved body awareness and improves physical & mental

stamina. Gain the benefits from both styles and maximise their wellbeing.

    It is possible for your child to join either just the Pilates sessions or just the Yoga sessions. The following dates for Yoga are 26th/9th/23rd September. Pilates are the Thursdays in between.
