Yoga Flow/Zoom into the studio

Start the week off on the right foot! Come in and stretch out after the weekend and set yourself up on a mental level to embrace whatever challenges present themselves with calm and ease.

This is also available via zoom but there will be no verbal feedback, as the focus will be on the students that are attending the studio class. If you are happy and comfortable following along, then this could be an option if you can’t make it to the studio.

Please ensure your video is on mute.

We will work on a variety of strengthening and stretching asanas with optional Vinyasa throughout the class.

It is important that you are comfortable working at your own level to avoid injury or discomfort.
