Deep Stretch at Yoga Jai

If you are after a nice slow deep stretch class, then this one is for you! The studio is nice and warm so your body can relax and enjoy a good stretch out.

This class is great for mobilizing the shoulders, getting into the hips and stretching out the back, hamstrings and buttocks for all you mountain bikers out there.

There is a big focus on the breath to slow the mind down and move into the body.
