This class is focused on exploring a variety of different stretches at a much deeper level. We will always incorporate two sun salutations to warm the body up and then begin to stay in the stretches longer to enable not only a deeper stretch, but more importantly, cultivating a deeper connection to the breath and peace of mind.
Suitable for beginners through to advanced students.
It is suitable for beginners who have either done my 6 week beginners course or has a little bit of yoga experience. Also for those more experienced, who would like an easier class but also have the option of working a little harder.
