6 Week Beginners’ Course

This 6-week beginners’ course will give you a safe and solid foundation from which to progress from. You will get a very clear understanding of correct alignment of postures (Asanas) in order to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.

Yoga is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness by using the body, breath connection. Along the way you will build strength and flexibility, bringing balance on all levels into your life.
