This class will be starting on Thursday 3rd June at Mikey D’s Gym (upstairs) which is located in the Wakatu Square Carpark, Nelson.

It will be a general level class with plenty of options, so you can feel comfortable working at your own pace.

Mats and yoga props are available at the studio.

Cost for a casual attendance is $16. If you decide you would like to attend any of my classes on a regular basis, I offer a 10 pass for $145.

• This is also available via zoom but there will be no verbal feedback, as the focus will be on the students that are attending the studio class. If you are happy and comfortable following along, then this could be an option if you can’t make it to the studio.
