Power Hour is back!

This class is a stronger dynamic style of practice, which sets you up for a great week ahead.

If you want to be challenged with strength, range of motion and flexibility, then this is the class for you.

It is an opportunity to give all the more challenging asanas a go, as we break them down and have time to explore them a little deeper.

Location: Uplift Float Centre on Rutherford St (entrance around the back).
