This class will now be held in a nice warm open space at Nelson Boys College.

Directions: If coming from Nelson, drive up Waimea road until you get to Hampden St. Turn left into Hampden st and then right into the College. Drive up to the top of the driveway (field is on the right) where you will see car parks and on the left is the drama room where we will be. It has big glass doors/windows and is just on the bend of the driveway.

Please bring your yoga mat and whatever props you have as I will only have a few on hand.

This class is a stronger dynamic style of practice. If you want to be challenged, then this is the class for you.
