New yoga class schedule update (includes both advanced & beginners yoga classes), starting from the 1st of August, 2018 at Wellness Movement Studios, 121 Trafalgar St (entrance is off New St, upstairs).
Monday – 9.15 – 10.15 am – Yang/Yin (a well balanced class suitable for
beginners that have done my 6 week beginners
course, and advanced. Lots of options to
choose from).
5.30 – 6.30 pm – Power Hour (A more dynamic style).
6.45 – 7.45 pm – Beginners Yoga course/class – pre-paid.
Tuesday 6.30 – 7.30 am – General practice (suitable for
beginners/advanced).
1.30 – 2.30 pm – Beginners course/class (please check for
confirmation).
Wednesday 9.15 – 10.15 am – Deep Stretch (suitable for beginners/advanced).
5.30 – 6.45 pm – Yang/Yin (suitable for beginners/advanced).
Saturday (every second one, next will be 21st July) 9 – 10.30 am –
General/advanced.
