Yoga Class Schedule

All of Julie’s yoga classes are on a casual drop in basis so you can feel free to pop in whenever suits without signing up.  If you would like to join on a regular basis, Julie offers a 10 pass for $142, valid for 3 months.  Otherwise class prices will either be $15 for the hour or $16 for the longer ones.

Julie’s yoga classes are appropriate for beginners through to advanced yoga students and teachers. She says, “You can feel comfortable and confident attending my classes, as the class environment is very relaxed, without any pressure or competitiveness. If you would prefer one-on-one sessions then I would love to hear from you.”

Monday

Teaching Yoga Classes

Teaching yoga at Luminate Festival, NZ

9.15 am – 10.15 am Yang/Yin

5.30 pm – 6.30 pm Power Hour

6.45 pm – 7.45 pm beginners (6wk course is $80)

Tuesday

6.30 am – 7.30 am Morning Yoga (general)

1.30pm -2.30pm Beginners 6 week course (casual drop-ins are welcome).

These yoga beginners  courses fill up pretty quickly, so please check this website regularly for details and follow me on Facebook.

If you can’t commit to the full 6 weeks, I am happy for casual attendance if space permits.

Wednesday

9.15 am – 10.15 am Deep Stretch Suitable for beginners.

5.30pm – 6.45pm Yang/Yin Suitable for beginners who have done my 6 week course.

Thursday This is a new class which will start on Thursday 25th October, 2018.

6.30 am – 7.30 am (general level)

Saturday (Every 2nd Sat, next one is on the 21 st July, 2018)

9am – 10.30am General/ Advanced

 

Class prices at the Wellness Movement

  • $15 for a 60 minute class
  • $16 for a 75 and 90 minute class
  • $142 for a 10 class pass (valid for 3 months)
