Welcome back to all you mums and bubs out there. It’s time to get back on track with doing something good for yourself and have the opportunity to bring bubs along. Mums and bubs yoga is a rare opportunity to feel comfortable in a calm, relaxed environment while doing something good for your body and mind.
Being a new mum can be very challenging at times, especially when there is no family close by to help out when you need a well deserved break. I’ve been there myself and found it one of the most challenging times in my life. Fortunately I taught yoga up until a week before my daughter’s birth and began my own home practice again a week later. This is something I needed to do to maintain as much balance during this time as possible.
So, if you are feeling like you need to get out and about, stretch your body, find a nice calm environment to just ‘be’ in, then join us for the next 8 weeks and see the difference it makes for yourself.
