We will be meeting this Friday 31st August and starting our first morning practice on Saturday, followed by and introduction to Anatomy and Physiology. After lunch we will begin to explore yoga philosophy and finish the day with a recap session to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of the days teachings. Everyday will be a full schedule in order to cover the comprehensive curriculum with one day off a week.
This training will be suitable for anyone who is genuinely committed to the path of yoga.
