This new Tuesdays beginners yoga course, daytime session is perfect for any mum’s or any of you that have a bit of spare time during the day to re-connect to your body, mind and inner calm/peace.
Yoga is a great tool for coming back to your center and settling comfortably in a happy, present space. There is a lot of breath awareness and of course body awareness, as we move through gentle exercises to stretch and strengthen our bodies out.
No experience is needed and if you have always been curious about yoga then this is the perfect starting point. Everyone in the class is in the same situation so you can feel comfortable and at ease under the tuition of an experienced yoga teacher of 18 years.
