Julie Stephens Yoga Teacher Training Policies

It is very important that you carefully read and understand the following policies before any payment is made.

1/ Financial Policies

Julie Stephens Yoga Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training is $3250 (early bird) and $3595 full price.. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of application which holds your spot in the training. The deposit goes toward the overall cost of the training.

2/ Trainee:
In the event that any unforeseen circumstances occur within a month of commencement date of training, such as natural disasters, ill health, injuries that don’t allow you to attend, the balance of the payment (if it has been paid) minus the $500 deposit will be refunded or a credit of the full amount will be given, to be used within the year on another training.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters that will prevent the training from going ahead, $250 will be non-refundable. This does not include cover for airfares, accommodation or any other expenses outside of the training. If you are travelling to NZ from overseas, it would be advisable to take out travel insurance.
If the required number of trainees is not met a full refund will be given. This does not include cover for airfares, accommodation or any other expenses outside of the training.

3/ Attendance Policies

Attendance is expected on every day of training as dedication and devotion are two of the main attributes to being a professional yoga teacher and fully present for your yoga students. The materials covered every day are an important part of the training and will build upon each other.

4/ Homework & Assignments

Throughout the training, short reading and writing assignments will be given. All assignments are due on the specified day. Full class participation and successful completion of the assigned curriculum and self-study are required to receive your teacher certification.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact Julie.

The above scenarios are unlikely but need to be clearly outlined as part of this training.
