This Yoga Foundation workshop will be a great opportunity for beginners through to experienced who would like a refresh or a clearer understanding of the correct alignment of Asanas (postures). We will also look deeper into how to use yoga props to maximise your practice, support any injuries and the body as a whole.
These foundational yoga workshops are my favourite to teach as it is so important for the health of your body and longevity of your yoga practice to get it right from the beginning. You want your practice to be enjoyable and comfortable!
