Topic: Julie Stephens’ Vinyasa with focus on shoulders and backbends
In this session we will focus on opening up the shoulders in preparation for backbends.  It doesn’t matter if you can’t do a full backbend.  Your focus might be on deepening your half backbend or working on the shoulders.
It is important that you feel comfortable working at your own level.
