Topic: Julie Stephens’ Yoga – Hips and Shoulders
During this session we will explore these two areas, which are often the most bound up parts of the body. Time will be spent in each asana to ensure the muscles have time to release and relax.
You will need blocks, a strap and a blanket/cushion to sit on.
