Please note that my 6 week beginners yoga course is now on Wednesdays from 6.15pm – 7.15pm. This course will be starting on Wednesday the 28th of March to the 2nd of May.
It is a well rounded course that covers the basic principles of learning the correct techniques to ensure a safe, enjoyable and long yoga career. You will be taught the correct alignment, suitable to each individual using yoga props ie blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets in order to support the body and avoid injury.
If you are working with injuries, need to stretch out, strengthen or just need to slow down a little, then this course will be perfect for you and will stand you in good stead for future yoga classes.
There is no need to feel nervous, just remember everybody is in the same situation and the environment is fun with background music and absolutely no pressure :).

You don’t need to bring anything, just wear comfortable clothing and if you want to you can bring a water bottle. The studio has all the yoga props and mats.
