An opportunity to take your practice to the next level in this Advanced Yoga Class.
The question i get asked the most about this class is, “How advanced is it?” My answer is “Everybody’s advanced is different. For me advanced means sitting in meditation for an hour or so and for others it might mean being able to do a handstand”.
In this class we will be practicing strong Asana with focus being on a different theme each week, such as Inversions, bird poses, backbends etc. We begin every class with meditation and Pranayama. It is taught in more of a Traditional way.
