My Teacher Training notes are getting more interesting as the days go by……another step closer to confirming dates for my T.T, 200hours.
For thousands of years, yoga has been used as a tool to open the mind and keep the body healthy and strong so that we can sit and meditate for long periods of time. It gives us the opportunity to confront our limits and then transcend them. It is a psycho-physical approach to life and to self-understanding that is constantly evolving as the times change.
Yoga helps us to delve deeper into ourselves, making us more mindful of our day to day habits, reactions, physical and mental blocks which limit our potential to really live life. It is a process that brings us inspiration, new energy and new beginnings. On a physical level it is a powerful tool for correcting imbalances in the body, building strength, flexibility, increasing vitality and overall good health.
